Mahal Rufina Montoya Billingsley began her law practice as a solo attorney in 2014. In 2023, Mahal partnered with Andrew David Billingsley, Esq. and established the law firm Montoya Billingsley Law.
Mahal attended the University of Iowa College of Law and received her English degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Go Bears!
She enjoys reading historical novels, researching genealogy and collecting Barbie dolls. Mahal is very proud of her three adult sons.

Andrew David Billingsley began his career practicing law with his mother, Rosario Bacon Billingsley, Esq. in 2002.
Andrew received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law after completing his undergraduate degree at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
Andrew enjoys watching sports, world traveling, practicing yoga, and collecting rare coins.
