Andrew David Billingsley, Esq began his career practicing law with his mother, Rosario Bacon Billingsley, Esq. in 2002. After sixteen years as an associate attorney, Andrew partnered with Mahal Rufina Montoya Billingsley, Esq. and established the law firm Montoya Billingsley Law.
Andrew attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. Andrew received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Andrew enjoys watching sports, practicing yoga, and collecting rare coins.

Mahal Rufina Montoya Billingsley, Esq, began her law practice as a solo attorney in 2014. In 2023, Mahal partnered with Andrew David Billingsley, Esq. and established the law firm Montoya Billingsley Law.
Mahal received a full academic scholarship to study law at the University of Iowa after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from University of California, Berkeley.
Mahal's enjoys reading historical novels and researching genealogy. Mahal is a SAG-AFTRA commercial talent and theatrical artist featured in commercial advertisements for Google, Xfinity, Chevrolet, FitBit, Netflix, Logitech, Cisco, Stanford Hospital and Clinics, Kaiser Permanente, Visa, Met Life, Aetna, Safeway, Annie's Naturals, Samsung, Adobe, McDonalds, Oracle Comcast, and AT&T.
